Work closely with senior management and will be charged with executing and contributing to the investment banking presence in GP Solutions. Provide the support to build a meaningful franchise in the sector, with a focus in Secondary Advisory. Establish and maintain strategic dialogues with existing and potential clients, providing financial advice and solutions to problems Foresee where the business development opportunities exist. Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions. Deep knowledge of Secondary Advisory and demonstrated ability to effectively execute complex transactions in Secondary Advisory. Proven strength in originating, structuring, and executing complex merger and acquisition transactions highly preferred Proven academic credentials, including an advanced degree such as an MBA or J.D. is preferred.
