INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER (Part-Time, Remote, U.S. Only) Simple House Capital Group 10–20 Hours/Week • 90-Day Contract-to-Hire • Hourly + Performance Incentives About the Role Simple House Capital Group is hiring a U.S.-based Investor Relations Manager to work directly with accredited investors entering the top of our funnel. This is a senior-level IR role — not a VA position, not telemarketing, and not high-ticket closing. We need someone who has real experience speaking with accredited investors about private equity funds, real estate funds, oil & gas partnerships, or alternative investments. You will manage inbound leads, run qualification Zooms, re-engage our existing investor database, and build ongoing relationships with prospective LPs in our fund. This role starts part-time (10–20 hrs/wk) for the first 90 days, with a clear contract-to-hire path into long-term Investor Relations leadership for the right person. About Us Simple House Capital Group manages the Legacy Opportunity Fund (506c) — a private equity fund acquiring and scaling home-services companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation) across the Sunbelt and Midwest. We operate a 12% preferred return structure with a target 14–20%+ AAR, backed by cash-flowing service businesses. Your job is to educate, qualify, and guide accredited investors, following a compliance-driven process. What You’ll Do Daily Responsibilities Engage warm investor leads from Meta, email, and inbound inquiries Schedule and run 15-30 minute qualification Zoom calls Coordinate and prepare investors for a 45–75 min fund presentation Zoom. Update and maintain our CRM (HubSpot / GHL / Close) Document investor profile, interest level, and accredited status Follow up aggressively and thoughtfully — relationship-driven, not pushy Re-engage our existing database of several hundred warm leads Coordinate with the CEO when prospects are close or on the fence Weekly / Ongoing Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene Help build consistent investor touchpoints Improve messaging, processes, and investor experience Potential outreach to your own network of accredited investors (optional but valuable) Who We’re Looking For ✔ Must-Have Experience U.S.-based only 5+ years working directly with accredited investors Experience in private equity, alternative investments, real estate funds, or oil & gas Strong understanding of Reg D, 506(c), and compliance boundaries Professional, confident Zoom presence Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up discipline Fast, proactive, and highly organized (no hand-holding) Comfortable owning tasks independently without micromanagement ⭐ Strong Plus Existing network of accredited/HNW investors you’ve built trust with Background in wealth management, private client advisory, or IR Prior experience with investor onboarding Compensation $45–$65/hr (DOE) - Performance-based incentives for completed investor engagements (This structure is fully SEC-compliant and rewards effort, not capital raised.) 10–20 hours/week to start 90-day contract-to-hire, with potential path into: IR leadership long-term role with expanded responsibilities fund-level executive involvement (case-by-case) Who Should NOT Apply VAs Junior appointment setters High-ticket closers Anyone without accredited investor experience Anyone outside the U.S. Anyone who requires daily direction or step-by-step instruction How to Apply Please include: A brief overview of your experience with accredited investors Types of alternative investments or funds you’ve represented Your location (U.S. required) Your hourly rate Weekly availability (hrs/week) Any experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or other CRMs (we use GHL) Whether you have an investor network you may reconnect with (optional) Appreciate your interest!
