Job Title: IPay Hotline AssociateJob Description As an IPay Hotline Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service to field offices and co-workers. You will assist with payroll requests and questions via inbox and hotline, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and confirm the completion of standard payroll forms. Monitoring and managing requests and concerns through the ticketing system will also be a key aspect of your role. Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service to field offices and co-workers. • Assist field offices with payroll requests and questions received through inbox and hotline. • Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner. • Confirm standard payroll forms are completed correctly. • Monitor requests and concerns within the ticketing system. • Complete all duties with a high degree of accuracy. • Analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action. • Function as a team member. • Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and follow through on outstanding issues. • Adhere to all client and worksite rules, policies, and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by the facility or supervisor. Essential Skills • Customer service call centre experience • Customer service orientation • Proficiency in email communication • Strong customer service skills • Administrative skills • Data entry proficiency • Experience with Microsoft Office • Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong computer skills • A High School Diploma or GED • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments • Ability to work collaboratively with employees, customers, and management Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
