IT&S Process Management Administrator (Mainly Onsite, some remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. • Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-up on action items. • Oversee and coordinate database-related tasks, ensuring data integrity and availability. • Support SQL queries and database management tasks, assisting in data extraction and reporting. • Develop and manage analytics reports using SQL and Excel to support decision-making. • Maintain and update SharePoint sites to ensure accessible and organized project documentation. • Monitor status of special projects on an ongoing basis, anticipating and tracking operational and tactical risks. • Collaborate with department heads on projects to maximize the use of manpower, supplies, and equipment while maintaining or improving service quality. • Manage day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing responsibilities across various business lines. • Provide ongoing support in preparation of budgets and allocation of funds. • Assist in the formulation of new policies and procedures, interpreting policies and standards to meet work objectives. • Identify trends within the scope of work and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution. • Develop new methods for improving services and creating efficiencies. • Assist Department Head with annual budget creation, coordinating budget review packages and tracking actuals against approved plans. • Assist Department Head with the development, implementation, and tracking of departmental goals and strategies. • Assist Department Head with the creation of executive-level presentations. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. • 1-3 years of experience in information systems, required. • 1-3 years of IT experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, required. • 1-3 years of project management experience, preferred. • Strong working experience with analytics, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization. • Proficiency in database management and SQL query writing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
