Title: Japanese / English Bilingual Customer Service and Researcher Division: Research & Consulting Division Website: Overview: ・Dealing with customers and internal inquiries ・Research rental market prices in nationwide and worldwide. compile rental market data, and create reports ・Research lifestyle information for cities in the U.S. and create reports ・Researching company regulations, conducting surveys and preparing reports ・Comprehensive analysis of client companies housing allowance, and suggest improvement Job Duties: • Customer communication: Receiving orders, delivering products, sending invoices, estimating prices and delivery times. Responding to similar questions from internal sales staff. Answering questions about product details, and meetings with customers as necessary. • Market Research: Conduct research on rental markets in cities across the U.S. and internationally. Searching for property data, entering information into databases, and contacting local real estate agents by email, phone or web meeting to gather on-the-ground market insights. Create standardized reports summarizing local rental market. • Creating Area Handbook: Research lifestyle and living information for various cities within the Americas and compile the findings into standardized reports. • Rent Consulting: Analyze the current subsidy amount of the client company and prepare a report on improvements. • Potential for Expanded Responsibilities: Depending on the candidate’s abilities and interests, responsibilities may expand to include client communication and making client proposals based on research findings. Requirements: • MS Excel and Word skills, intermediate or higher • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Ability to read data with logical thinking without being subjective • Business level English and Japanese proficiency • Japanese and English reading comprehension, communication skills, ability to write Japanese documents Preferences: • Experience in the real estate industry or expatriate-related work/Human Resources • Experience communicating with company representatives, sales • Knowledge and experience with SaaS applications • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
