Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound - Remote Part-time Opportunity We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. About the Role As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be responsible for: Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls with accuracy and efficiency Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information Key Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Acting as a liaison between customers and our team to resolve issues and provide product/service information Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication Upselling and cross-selling products/services to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 12 months call center experience, with a focus on upselling and customer service Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and effective communication Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies Customer orientation, adaptability, and the ability to respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills Ability to take on additional tasks as needed and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles Experience with sales and customer service metrics, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you can expect: A competitive hourly rate of $20/hour A flexible, remote work arrangement that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K (available for full-time employees) Opportunities for internal promotion and career growth A fun and dynamic work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being How to Apply If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
