As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include: Handle and Carefully Respond to All Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their questions, issues, and concerns. Provide Excellent Customer Service through Active Listening: Listen attentively to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and respond accordingly. Work with Confidential Customer Information and Treat it Sensitively: Handle sensitive customer information with care and discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. Aim to Resolve Issues on the First Call by Being Proactive: Anticipate and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Appropriately Communicate with Customers: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. Calmly Attempt to Resolve and De-escalate Any Issues: Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, resolving and de-escalating customer issues with ease. Escalate Interactions When Necessary and Appropriate: Know when to escalate interactions to more senior team members or supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Track All Call-Related Information for Auditing and Reporting Purposes: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that data is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Provide Feedback on Call Issues: Offer constructive feedback on call issues, helping to improve customer service and team performance. Upsell if Required: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Qualifications We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Ability to Work Remotely in a Virtual Team Environment: Be comfortable working from home and collaborating with team members remotely. 6 Months Customer Service Experience Preferred: Have a background in customer service, with a minimum of 6 months' experience. Over 18 Years of Age: Be at least 18 years old, with a valid government-issued ID. Ability to Type 25 Wpm: Have a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute, with accuracy and attention to detail. High School Graduate or GED: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. Comfort with Desktop Computer System: Be familiar with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to Navigate Windows Operating Systems: Be comfortable navigating Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: Ensure that your internet service provider (ISP) has no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed Required: Provide proof of your internet speed, with a screenshot or document from your ISP.
