Our employees are the heart of our organization, and we're committed to providing them with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to succeed and grow. **Position Summary** As a Customer Service Representative in our Work from Home program, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client programs.
