About the Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for engaging with our customers through live chat and email, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support to resolve their issues. You'll work closely with our Product Operations team to identify system issues and collaborate with your teammates to learn and improve ways of working together. Your success will be measured by achieving set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email, as well as identifying non-standard customer experiences and escalating issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support to resolve their issues. Troubleshoot straightforward and complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Keep up-to-date on new product features and improvements, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support. Collaborate with teammates to learn and improve ways of working together, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance customer experiences. Achieve set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email, consistently delivering high-quality support to our customers. Identify system issues and communicate with our Product Operations team to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences. Identify non-standard customer experiences and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is available to work a consistent daily shift for a schedule of 40 hours a week. You'll need to live in one of the following states: Colorado, Oregon, or Washington. To be eligible for this role, you'll require: 1+ years of experience assisting customers through chat and email support, with strengths in grammar and spelling. Strong reading comprehension to help identify the cause of a problem and provide effective solutions. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote role, with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change. Previous customer support experience is a bonus, but not required. Cash Compensation Range The hourly rate for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location, among other factors.
