As a key member of our Milan-based Italian promotion deals and tasks association, you will be responsible for designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts. This includes pre-sale direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing, covering all types of advertising activity across our digital properties. Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of Digital Media Operations Managers in supporting assigned sales reps and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing * Ensure the delivery of effective media plans that drive revenue growth * Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the sales management process * Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing * Ensure the Record Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions * Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, advertising products, or campaigns * Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking * Investigate and resolve advertising delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Advertising Platforms support * Test potential advertising tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions * Ideate, execute, audit, and improve operational processes that drive quality and efficiency * Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop strategies and products that boost revenue yield * Develop, tutor, and foster talent, including training future recruits * Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices * Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA * Stay up-to-date with TWDC's advertising tech stack and system, and follow industry developments Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in advertising tech * Proven experience in group management and leadership * Master in defining and advancing processes * Profound ability in determining, planning, dealing, and managing advertising campaigns for display and video across websites, applications, social media platforms, and connected TV conditions * Demonstrated capacity in executing campaigns, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution * Strong understanding of digital advertising, technologies that power it, and key players in the space * Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements connected with digital advertising * Ability to represent the organization in external meetings and events * Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership * Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g., Google Advertising Manager), advertising server frameworks (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team. * Knowledge of Huge activation for digital campaigns and related requirements Skills and Qualities: * Exceptionally energetic and driven problem-solver * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously focus on and balance multiple tasks * Scientific; able to evaluate, assess, and plan based on results * Willingness to step back and look at situations at a full-scale level, tackling the immediate issue and providing long-term solutions * Regular team leader and educator, able to cultivate a positive, inclusive culture * Advanced to show others how it's done and consider others responsible for high standards * Open to working independently or collaboratively with reports, colleagues, and senior leaders * Income-driven, but not at the expense of our people * Continuously focused on our visitors and prioritizing the customer experience * Certain communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to speak on behalf of the team internally and externally * Willing to work in a global organization with partners across the world * Ability to explore the digital advertising industry and maintain relationships with distributors, broadcasters, agencies, advertisers, and tech vendors * Top-to-bottom understanding of digital media and the advertising business, especially video and within EMEA * IT savvy across core business applications and remote working tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom) What We Offer: * A highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Career development opportunities * Community involvement and volunteer programs * Commuter assistance and flexible work arrangements * Exclusive discounts and perks * Health insurance and wellness programs * Childcare options and parental leave * Paid time off and retirement programs * Theme park admission and tuition assistance * Weekly pay and wellness programs How to Apply: If you believe you have what it takes, submit your application without delay.
