Job Description: As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner. Main Job Duties: Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and effective communication with customers and vendors. Process invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial transactions. Deliver customer invoices and receive payments from customers, processing credit card transactions with ease. Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites, ensuring seamless order management. Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional verbal and email support. Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments, maintaining accurate records. Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records. Keep track of past-due invoices, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution. Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors. Highly detail-oriented , with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job. Proactive work ethic and communication , with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High-level organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Friendly and patient demeanor , with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office , with experience in using eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus. Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation , with a high level of integrity and discretion. Require minimal supervision , with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: E-commerce/Support & Sales: 3 years (Required) , with experience in a similar role and industry. A reliable and fast internet connection , with a dedicated workspace and necessary equipment provided.
