Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our virtual team as a Guest Experience Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. If you're a multitasking master with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Utilize AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to leverage comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers. Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Respond to guest inquiries, communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack, and achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms, ensuring that our brand is represented positively. Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement. Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems. Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management, ensuring seamless interactions with external partners. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A strong skillset in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences. Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly on the phone and via VoiP with guests and vendors. Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling. Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of guest needs and expectations. Knowledge of business financials/accounting, with the ability to assist with the onboard of accounting systems. Experience in 3rd party vendor relations, with a strong understanding of tertiary market management. Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
