Your expertise will be essential in creating innovative and engaging visual experiences that bring our stories to life. Your key responsibilities will include: • Leading the development of video systems and content for live shows and office environments • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of video systems and content • Developing and implementing video framework plans for live shows and office environments • Leading research and development efforts for video systems and content • Directing video configuration projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution • Leading a team of video designers and engineers to ensure high-quality video content and systems Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: • Exceptional understanding of current technology, trends, and industry principles for video system design • High-level experience in video delivery systems, including LED screens, projectors, and video programming techniques • Comprehensive knowledge of video distribution and control systems, including advanced network architecture and high-level video programming • Proven experience in video system design and implementation, including show design, installation design, and video control design • Excellent leadership and project management skills, including critical thinking, influencing, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: • Experience in video system design for theme park live entertainment • Experience in office design and implementation • Experience in live show development with The Walt Disney Company What We Offer: As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and develop your skills and expertise.
