Our vision is to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, and we believe that this is more important now than ever before. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * A high level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfort working from home * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial.
