Position: Entry-Level IT Specialist

Location: Greensboro, NC

Terms: Short Term (2 week) Contract

Pay Rate: $17-18/hr

Job description:
? Arrive onsite at appointed time
? Site Lead Check-in with the onsite POC
? Locate equipment and determine your work area (POC will let us know)
? Taking inventory of equipment (new and old)
? Capturing Serial #?s
? Unboxing new equipment and disposing of trash in designated areas
? Assisting end users with login and setup of desktop environment
? Outlook signatures
? One Drive Sync
? Browser favorites
? M365 application functionality
? Application verification
? Verifying print options
? Network and/or local (not everyone will have local)
? Take directions from onsite lead or FTE (full time employee)
? Reporting hours worked in real time
? Check in when you arrive
? Check out before you leave (lead will release)
? Escalate any issue immediately to your site lead

Requirements: ? High School Diploma or GED ? Good communication and reading skills ? Ability to follow instructions ? Technical aptitude/familiarity ? no necessary experience needed
