Position Summary
Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to... assist... our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness.

Qualifications: Education: Master s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field. License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LADAC, or LMFT) per state of practice guidelines. Experience: Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience. Dual diagnosis background. Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP). Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance. This is a drug-free workplace.
