? Propose new strategies for candidate identification
? Identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruiting area
? Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate incoming candidates
? Analyze professional profiles on job portals for active searches

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
? Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
? Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience (preferred)
? Advanced level of English proficiency
? Ability to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
