Key Responsibilities
? Strategically plan, manage, and execute digital marketing initiatives across various advertising platforms to meet client goals.
? Demonstrate expertise in paid search and social media advertising, utilizing platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok to enhance brand visibility.
? Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, including return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), implementing data-driven optimization strategies to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
? Analyze traffic performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools, providing recommendations for ongoing campaign enhancements.
? Generate comprehensive performance reports to share insights and inform relevant stakeholders.
? Conduct research and gather insights to support informed media buying decisions.
? Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring optimal results through strategic bid parameters.
? Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with media and technology vendors, leveraging industry insights to stay ahead of trends.
? Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest advertising techniques and industry innovations.
? Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce innovative media assets and participate in budget discussions for various channels.

Required Skills
? Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically in campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting on paid search and social media platforms.
? Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the role of media buying within it, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation.
? Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta ads, and TikTok advertising is essential.
? Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and data management.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 1 year of experience with Google Ads.
? Recommended 1 year of experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
