Field Delivery Support - Kokomo

Monarch Distributing is hiring for a Field Delivery Support role in the Kokomo area. We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join Indiana?s largest beer distributor. This role supports the Transportation department by merchandising liquor stores, bars, and convenience store accounts under the supervision of a Delivery Driver. This role will... be required to use a hand truck to organize beer and kegs in accounts.

Position Title: Field Delivery Support
Shift: M-F ? off on Saturdays and Sundays with early morning start
Pay: $17/hour plus mileage & car allowance

?osition responsibilities: ? As a Merchandiser, you will support our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwide ? You will travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route ? Additionally, Merchandisers will help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best-in-class service ? Other duties as assigned
