Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored for students with special needs in a virtual learning environment, ensuring a personalized approach to education.
? Employ engaging and adaptive teaching strategies, tools, and resources to foster a successful online learning experience for students with disabilities.
? Collaborate with parents, virtual colleagues, and support staff to nurture an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
? Monitor and assess student progress through online evaluations, leveraging data-driven insights to facilitate continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Required Skills
? Proficient in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
? Ability to adapt teaching methodologies and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
? Strong collaboration skills with parents and team members.
