Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities that align with our curriculum and educational standards.
? Support children in achieving developmental milestones and assist with remote learning or schoolwork as needed.
? Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both children and their families.
? Conduct observations and facilitate open communication with families and colleagues.
? Ensure active supervision and engagement with children at all times.
? As a floater, be prepared to adapt to different classrooms and provide support across various areas.
? After 6:00 PM, focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Required Skills
? Understanding of child development and early learning principles.
? Effective communication and customer service skills.
? Basic proficiency in computer usage.
? Strong time-management capabilities.

Qualifications
? Previous experience interacting with children in a teaching, instructing, or caregiving capacity is preferred.
? Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is advantageous.

? Knowledge of positive discipline methodologies.
? Flexibility in scheduling availability is essential.
