Director, Leadership/Org Develop
Job Summary
In partnership with VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders of the organization, the Director of Leadership and Organization Development will set strategy and direction for an integrated talent management plan that supports the Hospital's mission, vision and core values, goals and objectives, growth and expansion, and visibility as an employer and hospital of choice. Responsible for full range of Talent Management activities with an emphasis on organizational development.
Licensure and Certification:

Education:
? Bachelor's degree in related field required
? Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience:
? 10+ years managing talent management and organization development function in a growing organizational environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
? 10+ years of experience in a leadership role as head of Learning, Talent Management or Organization Development. Top job of function preferred.
? Strong influence, interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability. Experience and track record of influencing senior executives.
? Advanced knowledge of and experience in executive development, leadership development, succession planning, change management, management training, professional development, organization development, courseware design and delivery and related talent management functions.
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
? Experience as a facilitator with a track record of impactful and effective delivery to audiences at all levels.
? Experience with 360 feedback, survey and assessment instruments
? Strong attention to detail and advanced preparation.
? Ability to anticipate and assess needs then action appropriately within deadlines and required time-frames.
? Strategic thinking capability as well as 'hands on' implementation experience
Physical Demands - Clerical/Administrative Non-Patient Care:
? Frequent sitting and standing/walking with frequent position change.
? Continuous use of bilateral upper extremities in fine motor activities requiring fingering, grasping, and forward reaching between waist and chest level.
? Occasional/intermittent reaching at or above shoulder level.
? Occasional/intermittent bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, twisting, and climbing.
? Occasional/intermittent lifting and carrying objects/equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
? Continuous use of near vision, hearing and verbal communication skills in handling telephone calls, interacting with customers and co-workers and performing job duties.
