Required Skills And Competencies
? At least one year of customer service experience with demonstrated sales acumen and service skills.

? Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism.
? Strong verbal communication abilities and a clear speaking style.

? Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Proficiency in Windows-based software and systems.
? Accurate typing skills (35 w.p.m. desired).
