Detailed Description:
? Live Chat Representatives will focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue.
? Representatives will establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
? Successful agents must be able to organize, plan and execute tele-sales activities.
? Representatives will be responsible for providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat.

Job Requirements: ? Sales experience ? General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills ? Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format ? High level of familiarity with JTV.com ? Ability to speak articulately and credibly with CC leadership ? Strong analytical and judgment skills ? Ability to multi-task ? Excellent written communication skills.
