What you will be doing:
You will be working as a Amazon chat assistant, helping out companies with ecommerce stores. You will talk to customers using online chat, answer their questions and check up on their orders. You might also be asked to share sales links and discount coupons.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
