What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer issues and escalate high impact issues as necessary
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities
• Adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback while carrying out tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1-3 years of basic computer processing/data entry software experience
• Strong customer service skills working in a Call Center
• Experience in a Pharmacy environment (Preferred)
