About the position
As a Customer Service Associate at TP, you will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to be a good listener and to work with confidential customer information sensitively. You will aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding. Additionally, you will need to maintain a constant working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions, and document and update records in the required systems.

Requirements
? A high school graduate (must present diploma or certificate)

? Advanced English level and great communication skills

? Polite and empathic personality

? Ability to solve problems positively

? Ability to see the big picture and small details
,
? No experience required but must have a proactive and confident attitude
,
? Desire to work from Bogota
