Minimum Requirements
? 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
? Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks
? ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Please use this in your interview)
? Reliable and dependable
? Experience with data entry and word processing is required
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
? Must possess basic computer knowledge
? Team oriented with a positive, ?can do? attitude
? Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English

Preferred Qualifications
? 2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects
? Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
? Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
? Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
? Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer
? Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
? Being on time each day
? Providing customer service with empathy and care
? Ensure client needs are met

Job Type: Full-time
? overnight shifts
? day shifts

Pay: $15-$16 per hour W2
