Job Description
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will be responsible for:
? Collaborating in the management and execution of the development of utility scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to COD
? Collaborate with engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studies
? Direct and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions, including comparison and prioritisation of multiple opportunities based on common siting, permitting, interconnection, power-marketing and other project metrics
? Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
? Manage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement efforts
? Manage occasional permitting activities with support from other team members
? Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses

The Successful Applicant
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will have
? (2-3) year's experience in renewable energy industry with full life-cycle development
? Direct experience with utility scale solar, storage or wind projects in the U.S.
? Experience with land development: landowner engagement, and negotiation/contracting, title resolution, agricultural land use/water restrictions
? Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects
? Bachelor's degree is required

What's on Offer
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will be eligible for
$100,000 - $140,000 base salary
Annual bonuses + Project Milestone Bonuses (Pay out at NTP/COD)
