Key Responsibilities
? Execute data entry tasks with a focus on precision and efficiency (minimum 40 WPM required).
? Facilitate the manual setup of organizations and user profiles as part of the application migration process.
? Provide support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system.
? Adapt to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).

Required Skills
? Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM).
? Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous).
? Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users.
? Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
