Sequence Health is seeking a dedicated Triage Nurse (PRN) to join our team! This position is perfect for nurses who excel in patient communication and clinical decision-making, all from the comfort of a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and triage patient symptoms via phone or video calls.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing (multi-state compact license preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth, triage, or emergency setting.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Prior experience with Sequence Health systems is advantageous.
