Job Title: Virtual Chat Assistant (Part-Time)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through live chat platforms, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in a friendly and efficient manner. This is a remote role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner ? Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product information ? Provide troubleshooting and support for customer issues ? Maintain high-quality customer service standards ? Document and escalate issues when necessary ? Maintain chat logs and customer records
Requirements: ? Excellent written communication skills ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Familiarity with chat support platforms (training provided if needed) ? A computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace ? Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
