About the position

The Healthcare Customer Service Representative role at Teleperformance USA is a remote position designed for recent UMA graduates. Representatives will engage with customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of service and support while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
? Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns

? Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

? Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
,
? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

? Provide feedback on call issues

? Upsell if required

Requirements
? Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

? 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
? Over 18 years of age
,
? Ability to type 25 wpm
,
? High School Graduate or GED
,
? Comfort with desktop computer system
,
? Proven oral & written communication skills
,
? Logical problem-solving skills
,
? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems

? Organization and work prioritization skills
