Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. Responsibilities: ? Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company. ? Consistently provide a great customer experience. ? Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries ? Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback ? Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. ? Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining professional and courteous. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ? Reliable internet connection and a designated quiet workspace. ? Experience in the healthcare or telecommunications industry is a plus.
