Remote Phone Interviewer / Entry-Level Recruiting Assistant

We manage their applicant tracking systems, interviewing process, and their recruitment strategies, so all that?s left for the company to do is make the final hiring decision. ? Candidates must reside for the next year in one of the following states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY

Position Type:
? Full Remote
? Part-time to Full-time
? Availability to work until 6:00pm ET or later
? Minimum of 3 days, 24 hours per week

Pay Type: $11/hr - $12/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities: ? Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates ? Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews for posted positions ? Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership ? Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process ? Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary ? Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection ? Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes ? Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company ? Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s) ? Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality ? All other duties as assigned
