Responsibilities
? Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to assist with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
? Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to enhance the customer?s coffee experience.
? Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction at every turn.
? Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the coffee industry to share insights with customers.
? Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive working environment focused on customer satisfaction.
? Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the retail or luxury goods sector.
? A genuine passion for coffee and high-end appliances, with a willingness to learn about our products.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
