Call Center Representative- Healthcare- Remote- Norwood- Part Time
About the position
The Call Center Representative position at Atrius Health is a part-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients. The representative will assist patients with appointment management and inquiries, playing a vital role in the coordinated care delivery model. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while ensuring patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Receive incoming calls and assist patients with appointment management and inquiries.

? Provide extraordinary customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship.

? Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC systems to manage patient information effectively.

? Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding of their care.

? Handle a minimum of 70 calls a day while maintaining a high level of service.
Requirements
? A minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

? Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or other registration systems required.

? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
? Working knowledge of patient-related documents preferred.

? A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
