Live Chat Assistant (Entry Level) at QuickPlumb

QuickPlum Inc is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote basis from anywhere in the United States. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through online chat, helping them with inquiries, technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities...

1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support.

2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and a friendly demeanor.

3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.

4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

7. Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor?s degree is a plus.

2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

3. Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people.

4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

7. Proficiency with basic computer applications and online chat platforms.

8. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.

9. Must be based in the United States.
