What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate empathy
• Perform data entry and manage patient billing and medical information
• Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Call Center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have active internet service and the ability to work from home
• Ability to multi-task and effectively use dual monitors
• Strong work attitude and willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a Medical Call Center environment
