What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls to assist patients
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy
• Perform data entry using computer skills
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least 1 year of recent call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Active internet connection and ability to work from home
• Must be able to pick up work equipment in Irving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a medical call center environment
