Virtual Exceptional Education Teacher - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities...

Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and manage individualized education programs tailored to each student's needs.

Direct Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons through video conferencing platforms.

Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with general education teachers to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications.

Virtual Assessments: Conduct assessments and monitor progress in a virtual setting.

Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date special education records.

Communicate with Families: Regularly update parents and participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress.

Adapt Materials: Design and modify digital resources to support students with special needs.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.

Teaching License: Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in special education.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in online learning tools and assistive technologies.

Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
