- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the call center, including staffing, training, and maintaining quality standards
- Assist staff with escalated calls, customer concerns, and technology issues while keeping them motivated and engaged
- Participate in interviews, deliver training to staff, and provide input on performance evaluations
- Collect and analyze data to prepare performance reports and meet monthly key performance goals
- Report system, customer, or operational issues that impact service quality and facilitate problem-solving
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year degree from an accredited university; Four-year degree preferred; or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a Contact Center, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve set goals
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing workforce management solutions to project and maintain staffing levels
- Demonstrated proficiency in resolving customer complaints and escalations
- Ability to produce detailed system issue reports and analyze key contact center metrics
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Advanced knowledge of procedures across multiple customers and systems
