Key Responsibilities
? Develop and Implement Tailored Lesson Plans: Create individualized lesson plans designed to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.
? Monitor and Document Progress: Track and document student progress, ensuring alignment with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Qualifications
? Nebraska Certification: Must hold a valid Nebraska Special Education certification.
? Experience with Diverse Students: Proven experience working with a diverse student population.
? Strong Communication Skills: Excellent virtual communication and collaboration skills.
? Tech-Savvy: High level of technological proficiency and a well-equipped home office.
