We're seeking compassionate and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This customer-focused role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

What you'll do:
? Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
? Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
? Effectively communicate product features and benefits
? Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships

What you'll need:
? US Citizenship is required.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Basic understanding of insurance concepts (preferred but not required)
