We are seeking an experienced Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our innovative team and work for a school district in North Dakota. In this role, you will deliver personalized, high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs, all while leveraging technology to create an engaging remote classroom... experience. Qualifications: ? Master's degree in Special Education or a related field ? Current North Dakota Special Education teaching license or eligibility ? Previous experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a virtual setting ? Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation ? Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment ? Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities: ? Create and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the unique needs of each student ? Administer virtual classes and one-on-one sessions using digital tools and platforms ? Record and assess student progress, adapting instructional methods and materials as necessary ? Work with parents, guardians, and other educators to support students' academic and behavioral development ? Prepare and uphold accurate records of student progress, IEP goals, and instructional adjustments ? Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
