Seeking a customer service sales team member with a positive attitude for health insurance agency

Pay rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonuses...

SCHEDULE:
? Mon. Tues. Weds. Thurs: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
? Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
? Sat. & Sun: OFF

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES AGENT MUST:
? Be able to multitask
? Be proficient in Google products (Gmail. Excel, Google Chat, Google Space)
? Be able to work efficiently under pressure
? Have phone and email etiquette
? Be coachable
? Be a team player
? Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
? Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
? Analyzing customer behavior.
? Gathering information about customer complaints.
? Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
? Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business relations.
? Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
? Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
? Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
? Sales and Health Insurance Experience a plus but not required
