The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks including onboarding new clients, managing financial transactions, and organizing documents. Responsibilities

Onboarding new clients in Asana, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and processed accurately

Email organization for the team

Maintain and update SOPs and processes

Collect documents from clients through Content Snare

Providing support for other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience working with Asana, Dubsado, Google Drive, Content Snare, Missive, and Lastpass

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

High degree of proficiency with Google products- Drive, Googlesheets, Googledocs.(Resume required
