Job Description

As an In-Flight Service Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our passengers during flights. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while providing a positive travel experience. This includes serving meals and beverages, conducting safety demonstrations, and addressing passenger needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist passengers with their needs.


• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.


• Serve food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment.


• Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.


• Educate passengers on safety procedures and emergency exits.


• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient service.


• Maintain inventory of supplies and report any issues to the lead attendant.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
