Requirements

Responsibilities

– Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries and provide support

– Provide information on flight schedules, bookings, and cancellations

– Assist customers with changes to their reservations and explain policies

– Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
