Job Description

As an Amazon Parcel Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for driving an Amazon delivery vehicle, following a predetermined route, and delivering packages to customers’ doors. This role requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to work independently while adhering to all safety standards and protocols.

Your day will start at one of our delivery stations, where you will load your vehicle with packages and plan your route for the day. You will then proceed to deliver packages to various addresses, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring each delivery is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Must pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain an Amazon delivery vehicle


• Follow a predetermined route for timely and accurate deliveries


• Load and unload packages efficiently and securely


• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries


• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws
